Part 1:

Activity Stations Relational, fun activities (15-20 minutes before ministry hour begins during the check in process)

Description: These activities engage children in preparing them for the lesson and allows the volunteers to build relationships with the kids. It also allows guests to get settled in before the Large Group Program starts. This is a high energy, fun way to start church for kids!

Part 2:

Kid Connection/Opening Activity Personal interaction between children and their Life Group or Class leader (5 minutes)

Description: Children gather with in their groups or class for a short activity or discussion that sets the stage for what the children are going to experience in the Large Group program.

Part 3:

Large Group Program Bible Lesson, Music (20-30 minutes)

Description: Kids will experience the Large Group Program where a gifted Communicator and Multimedia methods teach the Bible Story. The stories from the Bible will be presented through creative storytelling, music, drama, and video. Volunteers encourage participation by sitting with the kids and interacting with the program. Together they learn the Bible Story, and the Key Bible Verse. The Large Group Program is a draw for all kids. They experience bible truth presented in creative ways that addresses relevant issues in their lives. The pace, the visual images, and the music all contribute to an excitement that gives kids the setting to LOVE GOD!

Part 4:

Small Group Time Life Application activities and discussion Questions (20 minutes)

Description: During this time, children participate in fun learning activities that make the Bible lessons relevant to their lives. Through application-oriented games,  conversation, and prayer with their Life Group or Class leader, kids explore ways to live out biblical truths taught during the Large Group Program. Relationships are developed between children and their leader during this time. When kids connect with other kids and build relationships, real life change happens. Small Group time provides the setting for children to live out their faith and grow spiritually as they learn to LOVE PEOPLE!
